This information contains both planned and unscheduled non-usabilities for units  ≥ 10 MW that were reported either today or yesterday. Every non-usability of 100 MW or more that lasts for, at least, 15 minutes has to be reported by the facility operator. In addition, limitations of at least 10 MW lasting for 15 minutes or more can be reported.
