This information contains both planned and unscheduled non-usabilities for units of any size including their entire history. Every non-usability of 100 MW or more that lasts for, at least, one hour has to be reported by the facility operator. In addition, limitations of at least 10 MW lasting for 15 minutes or more can be reported.
